This week, I am joined by the incredible Dion Johnson and we're talking about answering that call to influence so that there is a new mandate and way of being for women in senior leadership roles. Dion is known as the Womanologist, she's an ex midwife and director of public services where she pioneered coordinated and led specialists serving highly vulnerable and marginalised client groups. She is a multi-award-winning Women's champion with the re-empowerment of women at the heart of her work which obviously resonates hugely with me.
She works behind the global leadership scenes as a Master Coach, a Strategic Ally and trusted advisor to some of the most influential women across sectors and industries. And really she is challenging and changing the inner narrative about what it means to be a credible influencer in today's fast-changing workspace. Her clients, similar to me, are Chief executives, Directors, and Heads across sectors because when these women truly thrive, so do boards, so do organisations, so do their teams, so do industries, and ultimately the world is a better place.
