This week, I am going to be talking about comparison. This is something that I know that I can really struggle with, and so many of my clients can struggle with as well. I'm going to be talking about what it is and what the word actually means. Then we're going to discuss a little bit about different types of comparing and the destructive nature of comparison and how it can be really negative and have a very damaging effect on yourself. And finally, I’m going to give you some hints and tips and ways to change when you start to compare.
